Experimental chicken sheds (ECS) at 10, 20 and 30 m (household A) and at 5, 10 and 15 m (household B) from the chicken shed (CS) release point, respectively. The diagram also shows local topographical features; at site A there was a steep (20°) ascending slope beyond the furthermost traps. At site B there was a steep (12°) descending slope beyond the furthermost traps.
