본 연구는 경력단절여성의 진로준비 행동에 영향을 미치는 지각된 진로장벽과 진로결정 자기효능감의 효과를 확인하여 합리적인 진로탐색과 진로결정을 도울 수 있는 진로상담 및 진로프로그램 개발의 기초를 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 경력단절여성 140명의 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다; 첫째 경력단절여성의 진로장벽 지각, 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 진로장벽을 높게 지각할수록 진로결정 자기효능감이 낮고 진로준비행동 수준이 낮게 나타났다. 진로결정 자기효능감의 하위요인 가운데 목표설정만 진로준비행동에 유의한 정적영향을 미쳤으며, 진로결정 자기효능감이 높으면 진로준비행동 수준이 높게 나타났다. 진로장벽 지각이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 진로결정 자기효능감이 완전매개 하였다. 경력단절기간에 따라서 진로장벽 지각과 진로결정 자기효능감 전체에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 진로결정 자기효능감 하위요인 중 목표설정, 자기평가에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 경력단절여성의 연령, 막내자녀 학교 수준에 따라 주당활동시간의 차이가 있었고, 경력단절여성의 학력에 따라서 진로결정 자기효능감 전체와 진로결정 자기효능감 하위요인 중 목표설정, 문제해결에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 경력단절여성의 직업복귀를 돕기 위한 진로상담과 진로프로그램을 개발하고 실행할 때 중요한 시사점을 준다. 마지막으로 이 연구의 의의와 한계 및 앞으로 연구 과제를 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to confirm effective variables of career preparation behavior of women whose career were interrupted and provide grounds for the development of career counselling and career counselling programs to career search and career decision. So we measured career barrier and career decision-making self-efficacy of the 140 women whose career were interrupted. Here are the results of this study; First, the perceived career barriers and career decision-making self-efficacy of women whose career were interrupted influence on career preparation behavior. The higher perceived career barrier is, the lower the level of career preparation behavior is. Second, the elements of decision-making self-efficacy of women whose career influence on career preparation behavior have diffrence influences on career exploration behavior. Especially creating goals among the elements of decision -making self-efficacy have meaningful positive influences on career exploration behavior. The higher career decision-making self-efficacy is, the higher level of career preparation behavior is. Third, according to their level of education of women whose career were interrupted and provide grounds, the whole career decision-making self-efficacy, among the elements of decision-making self-efficacy, the creating goals and the problem-solving, show meaningful differences. Also career decision-making self-efficacy mediate completely the effects of career barrier perception on career preparation behavior. According to periods of career interrupted, we confirmed meaningful differences in career barrier perception and whole career decision-making self-efficacy and among the elements of decision-making self-efficacy the creating goals and the problem-solving also confirmed meaningful differences. According the age of women whose career were interrupted and the youngest child's standards of school, working hours in a week they have differences. When we develop and practice career counselling and career programs for helping women whose career were interrupted, the results of this study are full of suggestions. Last, we have discussed the meaning and limit and future research.
