Objective Harvesting mussels on the Menez Gwen hydrothermal site. BIOBAZ 2011 was a one day cruise at the end of the Momarsat cruise (dive of opportunity during return trip). The starting point was Lucky Strike (a vast hydrothermal site in the middle of one of the most active volcanic zones on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge).
