Abstract:
Walnut microshoot grafting is a technique using walnut seedlings as rootstocks and microshoots in vitro as scions to propagate grafted walnut plantlets. Experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of genotype, age of seedlings, ways of hardening off and treatment of plant growth regulators. The results showed that the best grafting survival rate was 90% and transplant survival rate was over 95%. In this way, we can realize the rapid propagation of walnut.
