Description
Scallop-LR is a reference-based transcript assembler for long-reads RNA-seq data (https://github.com/Kingsford-Group/scallop/tree/isoseq-v0.9.2). Its method has been described in the manuscript at bioRxiv. The datasets and scripts used in the manuscript to illustrate its performance are available at (https://github.com/Kingsford-Group/lrassemblyanalysis).
