Transposable element characterization in molluscs

DDE.D_Bivalves_V2.nr.fa:  Library of curated Class II DDE/D-related families mined from bivalve genomes. These families correspond to full length elements. All sequences have been classified following a RepeatMasker formatting style.  

LINEs_Bivalves_V2.nr.fa: Library of curated LINE families mined from bivalve genomes. All sequences have been classified following a RepeatMasker formatting style.  

SINEs_Bivalves_V2.nr.fa: Library of curated SINE families mined from bivalve genomes. All sequences have been classified following a RepeatMasker formatting style.  

LINE_Trees.txt: Phylogenetic trees of mollusc LINE elements based on RVT domain.  

LINEs_RVT.aln: LINE-derived RVT protein sequences identified in mollusc genomes and used for phylogenetic inference.
