Proteins model architectures of the signal transduction cascade in endospore formers

We present protein architectures describing the Spo0 pathway found in models of endospore formers.

Column 1: Architecture identifier. Column 2: Domain names and Pfam identifiers in an orderly fashion going from the COOH to the NH2 terminal. Column 3: Genes associated with each organism experimentally characterized. Column 4: Model organism represented by their names and KEGG identifiers.
